The staff was extremely courteous; all English speaking. Excellent dining facilities and buffet breakfast. Rooms were not exactly spacious, but comfortable. We were disappointed that the spa was closed, but it was a very lovely setting. I would go back.

This is a beautiful hotel. The old convent was nicely remodeled into a hotel.
All hotels we stayed at during our visit to Cusco, the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu had a bottle of water in the room for each guest, this was the only hotel that did not offer that. I think it adds to the service to include water for the guests in the rooms. I also did not like the fact that on the dining bill, there is a service charge included (10%) and they also add an extra line to include "gratuity." This gives the impression that the service is not passed on to the waiter/waitress. I asked if the 10% goes to the people who served you and they said yes, but they also said that this was a legal requirement, which surprises me because we didn't see this in other places.

The staff is extremely professional, ensuring a clean and comfortable stay. The quality of food served in the restaurant is exceptional, with a variety of options available. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean, equipped with modern amenities. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast, including an omelet station, before starting their day.
A few bugs were reported in the rooms, but the issue was quickly resolved with proper pest control measures.
